Coil blew my mind when I first heard them in the mid-90s (via their remixes of Nine Inch Nails for "The Downward Spiral," especially) and they remain one of the artists without whom I might never have been inspired to make some of the music I now make. I saw Peter C. live once while still living in the U.S. (he died shortly thereafter, sadly), but never had the chance to see Coil perform when John/Jhonn was still alive, as they were mostly only doing shows in the U.K. In any case, their music lives on in all of us, and in this project. Very glad to be here with you all.
